If you’ve ever had a fabric shipment arrive two weeks late, you know that sinking feeling. The order is confirmed. The production line is waiting. And the vendor says, “It’s on the way.” Maybe it is. Maybe it isn’t. That ambiguity is what kills projects.
I’m the quality and brand compliance manager at bossa, a fabric supplier. I review every bulk order before it ships—roughly 220 lots a year.
